First and foremost, there is no trademark search software that allows you to type in your trademark and miraculously be given a list of all potential problems that exist. Even in today’s AI world, that level of technology simply does not exist.

Search engines, like the USPTO website, are initial screening tools that allow you to find very obvious issues with your trademark. They are a good place to start, but are far from definitive.
