Hello, hi I want to ask you for your help. Now it seems to me that there are far too many receiving parents saying that they haven't been paid, and that's wrong because they have been paid in the majority of cases, but they're telling CMS for no particular reason other than to cause problems.
Okay it's wrong, it is abuse, it is unbelievable that people do that and get away with it it normally starts off with them telling people or telling the CMS I haven't had a payment I've not had two payments I've not had three payments and CMS don't check, which is wrong so what then happens is the parent is harassed officially by the government department and asked to prove payments. They then do that, and low and behold sometimes the weeks months weeks later the receiving parent claims the same thing it is wrong. It is disgusting behavior, it is criminal behavior, it is fraud.

You are saying that you've not had the payment when you have so if you are a paying parent this is what I want you to do I want you to help others by asking CMS every time did they check did they get the receiving parent to prove it first and if they didn't ask them why not and remind them every time that this is bad practice it is wrong to chase a parent that is legitimately paying this is like a kid's in fact it is it is financial abuse and needs to be stopped now every time you're asked to prove payment ask the CMS their proof payment and if they haven't you must complain about it complain complain complain write your MP it's only if we all do this that CMS procedures will get changed I have said every day statements on Facebook groups where people say my ex has said I haven't paid I've paid I've sent them pay statements I've sent them bank statements and then what happens it happens time and time again it's wrong.
So let's fight back now. Let's stop this let's stop people making false claims of payment of non-payment, okay. This needs to stop absolutely so please do this please complain to your MP if you're affected by this please complain to CMS and hopefully after a while we'll bring about a change in CMS policies so that in future when someone says they haven't been paid they are asked initially to prove it and prove it means showing the bank statement okay better still CMS as part of their procedures should automatically supply the paying parent with the bank details so ask that question as well ask why hasn't the pay and parent supplied their Bank details as for those Bank details if your new case ask let's make it standard that CMS have to provide the paying parent with the receiving parents bank details. Okay let's work together on this let's bring about a change at CMS and this will probably resolve 10, 15, maybe 20 of issues at the CMS.
