On January 20th, 2023, the University unveiled its new strategic plan "UND LEADS." Its five strategic pillars—Learning, Equity, Affinity, Discovery, and Service—will be UND's foundation for years to come. Five speakers each took a turn discussing a pillar in turn before President Armacost spoke to finish the event.
