The FWD North Pole Marathon took place on 15 April 2018 at the Geographic North Pole. The men's race was won by Argyrios Papathanasapoulos (GRE) with Dmitri Voloshin (MDA) second and David Field (AUS) in third place. China's Guoping Xie won the women's marathon ahead of Joanna Medras (POL) and Adriana Istrate (ROM). See npmarathon.com for full results.
