As we welcome 2024, we reflect upon how we can do better in the new year. As Jeremy says, the process of “unlearning” can be uncomfortable, and leaders can facilitate this by creating an environment of psychological safety – where people have the room to make some mistakes while on their journey to embracing change.
Jeremy received his 20-year Service Recognition Award at the bank last year. His secret? Celebrate small successes. So here's a reminder for us all: as we work hard on improvements, we may stumble along the way, but let's celebrate the mini victories as well!
