National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) protested over NEET and UGC-NET issues outside Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s residence in Delhi on June 20. They were seen holding placards and raising slogans against the Education Minister. The protesters were soon detained by the police. Notably, the Ministry of Education on June 18 cancelled the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) examination in two shifts across different cities of the country.
