I love the Infinite Banking Concept. In fact, when I first studied it, I was ecstatic, and began using it for myself, my family, and my clients right away. And for years, I utilized Infinite Banking and really dug into it.
However, there are some concepts that Infinite Banking practitioners like to use that just don't make much sense. One of these is understanding spreads, borrowing money, paying yourself back, and how to do this in the most efficient and effective way possible.
See, where most Infinite Banking policies go wrong, is they take cash value life insurance loans out to purchase depreciating assets, like cars, boats, etc.
But there are better ways to use this money that gives us an edge: in order to help us build our wealth much faster.
