Male Allies launched a year ago with the mission to advance gender equality and get more men involved in the gender agenda. During the last year, the team held over 15 unique events engaging over 500 colleagues, leading to record engagement with male colleagues. This year, Male Allies expanded worldwide across the UK, US and APAC. The team also partnered with the Met Police and Armed Forces, and supported external companies to establish their own Male Allies committees.
