I have over 40 allergies and this is my favorite cake recipe.
Ingredients and Recipe:
CAKE
100g vegan chocolate
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 cup+2tbsp rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup xylitol
1 cup rice milk
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp vinegar
GANACHE:
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 150g vegan chocolate
Preheat oven to 355F/180C
Bake for 1 hour
Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing from cake tin
