Cheese Mayo Vada Pav Recipe:
Ingredients
500gm Boiled Potatoes
½ Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Green Chilly Paste
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Haldi Powder
2-3 Tsp Surti Garam Masala
2 Cup Besan Flour
½ Glass Water
1 Tsp Oil
1-2 Butter
Pav 2-3 Nos.
Salt To Taste
Oil For Fry
Cheese Slice
Mayonnaise
Seasoning & Flavour:
1 Tsp Mustard Seed
1 Tsp Hing Powder
½ Cup Curry Leaves
Garlic Chutney
1 Tsp Garlic
2 Tsp Peanut
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 Tsp Water
Salt To Taste
Method:
- Take bowl and bolied potato into it
- Add Ingredients Coriander Leaves,Green Chilly Paste,Red Chilly Powder,Haldi Powder,Surti Garam Masala & Salt To Taste
- Mash the mixture well
- Now for Seasoning & Flavour add Mustard Seed,Hing Powder,Curry Leaves & Oil
- Mix well all the seasoning & add to mixture well
- Now add besan,salt,oil,water & mix a batter well
- Now take a spoonful mixture in hand & make a round shape ball
- Now coat the vada into the besan batter
- Set oil on medium heat for frying add one by one vada for fry
- Fry until vada turns to golden brown texture
- Cheese Mayo Vada Pav is ready ! Serve with mayo dip or ketchup of your choice.
