Irina Bolgova is the associate professor at the Department of Applied Analysis at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
This interview was made during the First Vienna Peace & Security Talks conference held on September 9th, 2019 in Vienna. Around 30 experts from Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Lebanon and Cyprus discussed the future of a common EU Foreign & Security Policy. The Talks were organized by the International institute for Peace (IIP), the Karl-Renner Institut, the FES Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe and the University of Vienna.
