Ingredients:
●Raw mangoes
●Mustard powder
●Garlic cloves
●Red chili powder
●Salt
●Oil
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the raw mangoes. Cut them into thin slices or small pieces.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mango pieces with mustard powder, garlic cloves (crushed), red chili powder, and salt.
3. Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts smoking. Then, let the oil cool slightly.
4. Pour the oil over the mango mixture and mix well.
5. Transfer the pickle to a clean, sterilized jar and seal it tightly.
6. Store the pickle in a cool, dark place for at least a few days before consuming. The flavors will develop and mature over time.

●You can adjust the amount of chili powder to your desired level of spice.
