Sit peacefully and comfortably, breathe and take in this guided meditation, if you wish, RECEPTIVE and OPEN to the TRUTH to bare witness in the seat of self (you may wish to use headphones)
If you do not feel the guide, sit tall, open, trusting, everything that happens for you happens as it should...
Really give permission to feel it, and observe the thoughts as they lift away and you come into this present moment, feel your open mind, your heart open, your third eye open and see the world as it is
