In this film Mark continues his series on Boudoir in small spaces. This is a small studio space, created so that anyone could recreate these images, anywhere, any place. Today, Mark creates a simple set out of almost nothing with the tools he managed to gather around him. These films are designed to inspire you to look away from the traditional backgrounds and give you some extra ideas on what you can shoot against during your boudoir shoots. The setup today is simple, using only the two lights in the form of a medium round softbox. Alongside that, behind our wall of flowers is another light that shines through the background and lights the model from directly behind.
Remember that all images seen in this film are straight out of camera so you really are seeing the truth in the image and prove how you can create beautiful images without the post production work. As for kit, in this film Mark uses all flash, from the window Lastolite Hi-Lite with a light inside to the small light that shines through the slit between the movable wall and the Hi-Lite that comes through giving us a dynamic look and feel.
