This amazing snack-cake consists of pandan layering with grated coconut 🥥 cooked with palm sugar (Gula Melaka). Then outer layer is covered with fragrant coconut cream with grated coconut … that’s aesthetic 🤩!
To make it more stunning , it comes with a sachet of palm sugar too. So you can drop it like it’s hot 🌋
