📔RECIPE: Tofu- this is Hodo super firm. I add reduced-sodium tamari, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt-free seasoning. You can also add sumac, and hot sauce. Then bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. They store in fridge for 5 days as a great protein snack! (Ok I eat them cold too when busy!)
