Happy New Year!

As we start the new year looking forward to our future goals, expectations, and what's yet to come. I wanted to take 5 minutes of your day to tell you a little about my 2024.

The past year went by so fast, but at the same time it felt like an eternity. At the beginning of the year I had no clue where life was going to take me, and definitely had no idea how much would happen in just one year.

I have smiled so much this past year and I don’t regret a single thing because every decision lead me to where I am today.

Our first trip of the year was unexpected and we were so blessed to be invited to go to San Francisco and spend the most exciting 48 hours ever. We got to do so much and made the most of our time.

Straight after we caught a flight to go to Hawaii to meet his family and little did i know (I actually knew it for sure) I was going to get engaged on one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I kept saying it felt like a dream, and the year was so full of great things that it feels as if we have been engaged for such a long time, and I am grateful that we didn’t have a slow year what so ever.

In 2024 my childhood dream come true, I got engaged. And not even in my wildest dreams I would’ve imagined that I would’ve been so lucky to find someone like trey. He makes me want to be a better person everyday and we grow and dream of our future together and it’s honestly the best feeling ever.

Hawaii was an unique experience and still my favorite part (besides getting engaged) was that we got to surf for the first time while we were there.)

We had many firsts in the year, starting local we went to so many springs for the first time. I got to swim with Manatees, and we had many ups and downs on those trips, but everything just makes the story more fun to tell.

Trey had a long dream of camping and visiting many national parks, and in 2024 we started to dream about it together. I think as a couple when you do that, things flow way easier than normal, and our dream came true in September of 2024.

We got to visit Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and Yosemite National Park all in one trip. I still can’t believe that the trip is over but we are definetily not stopping here. This trip made me overcome obstacles and situations that I never thought i would find myself in, and I can’t wait to do even more in 2025.

We already have one bucket list trip planned for this year, but my goal is to travel and discover all the world has to offer, and I am grateful for every single person that was part of such an amazing year, 2024 has been the best year of my life, with no doubt.

I truly can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store, and all I have to say is that expectations are really high.
