Three siblings are getting by as local opioid dealers in Appalachia, trying not to get drawn into the violence and crime that comes with the business. Dealing with opioids is the only chance to escape a life of hopelessness in their Ohio home for the siblings Kip, Josie and Booth Conley - this includes watching neighbors go down the drain due to drug abuse. As the cops are about to track them down and brutal gangsters are pushing into their business a simple deal ends in a bloodbath. Kip knows: He and his siblings need to get out of this business. While Kip wants his siblings to quit, his sister Josie has other plans.
