offroadfinnmark 700 is a competition for teams of 2 or 3 riders. While frequently on technically demanding terrain, the race contains elements of bicycle orienteering using GPS and maps. The race takes place during the warmest part of the Finnmark summer, taking advantage of the midnight sun shining 24 hours a day. The better part of the course takes the rider through a truly wild arctic natural environment.
