Vargas gets back to the basics with the move set for the Spear in Dark Souls 2.

"A standard spear. Spears allow one to attack a foe from a distance, and while holding up a shield. Thrusting attacks are effective even against opponents with strong defense, but they have a narrow point of contact and won't effectively break through a shielded defense."

To power stance two of these, your stats need at least: 14 STR and 18 DEX. Power Stance requires two similar class weapons in both hands. Your stats need to be 150% of the highest STR and DEX requirements of those weapons.
