2019 CARA AWARDS PRESENTED
On Thursday, December 19, Clarenville hosted its annual Clarenville Area Recreation Association awards. Several categories of awards were presented:
1. JILLIAN COATES - CARA Junior male and female athletes of the year
2. RYAN HARRIS - CARA Junior male and female athletes of the year
3. DIANA LAMBERT - Special Olympics male athletes of the year
4. ROD RUSSELL - Special Olympics female athletes of the year
5. NOAH BRUCE - Peter S. Cholock male athletes of the year
6. LEAH DALTON - Peter S. Cholock female athletes of the year
7. U12 BOYS SOFTBALL - CARA Junior team of the year
8. CLARENVILLE WAVERUNNERS - William Davis senior team of the year award
9. BRENDA NORRIS - Leroy Miller sports-builder of the year award
10. SARA PEDDLE - Lions Junior Volunteer of the year
11. LINA GILLESPIE - Lions Senior Volunteer of the year
