The perfect addtion to your regular class or home session and a workout you can do anytime you are short on time but feel in need of a good, effective pilates routine. This core workout is a combination of exercises to tone, strenghten, increase muscle definition and stimulate weight loss. It will leave you feeling strong and toned with a great sense of accomplishment knowing you've really worked your body well in a short period of time.
