• Rates went down in September (low 6%, very high 5%) & went up a bit in October (6.5%). Suspecting they may go down again at the end of the month so be prepared if you are looking to purchase.
• Homes going under contract are UP 12%!!
• Sold listings are UP
• Avg sale Price is UP
• We are well into 2024. If you are considering selling, definitely reach out and let’s put a plan in place. Homes are selling.
