Ok, that's not official, but we challenge anyone to find bread more delicious than what chef Bledar Kola serves at his restaurant, Mullixhiu (which means 'the miller').
All ingredients in all dishes served here are made with local, seasonal ingredients. And the bread? It's not only baked fresh, but the flour is milled fresh - keeping intact all the nutrients and vitamins in the germ and the bran!
There are so many reasons Mullixhiu consistently wins "best restaurant in Albania" - but their bread is at the top of our list.
