UPDATE: I have wrongly stated that the RPO was related to "repair order...".
That is wrong, (got confused with RO from Renault Clip... lol),
on Citroen the RPO is usually located on the door pillar, door, or even on the engine bay, and the number helps to determine some specific options on the car.
Using any number will still allow the scan, but less accuracy.
