Eastern Ghouta was one of the longest-held opposition areas during the war in Syria. Rebel fighters from Jaysh al Islam have reportedly agreed to leave the town of Douma in Eastern Ghouta, give up their weapons and head to Northern Syria. Is victory for Assad just around the corner.
