F3R Machine – Precision Riflescope Mounting Systems.

F3R Machine one-piece riflescope mounts begin life as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Both scope tube bores are machined in the same CNC operation, ensuring that the bores are perfectly straight and concentric.

After the bores are machined, batch serial numbers in binary-dot format are engraved into the upper ring halves and into the main mount body. After this serialization process, the upper ring halves are then separated from the main body by a CNC slitting-saw operation.

Serialization of the ring halves ensures that they can be re-united after all machining and finishing processes, ensuring a perfectly circular bore.

Chamfers around the bore are designed to prevent damage to your expensive riflescope when the caps are clamped down.

Our 30 mm scope mounts have a bore length of 1.15”, allowing for increased surface area for clamping without increasing clamping pressure.

The bottom side of the scope mounts feature an integral recoil lug for MIL-STD- 1913 Picatinny rails. If properly mounted, your rifle scope will never move.

Thin-profile rail clamps, with 3 cap-screws each, allow for increased rail clamp pressure, without the cumbersome protrusion of large hex-head bolts.

Cap-screws are recessed into the upper ring halves, to avoid snagging on fabric, twigs, or other objects.

Each ring cap has two threaded holes to allow for the attachment of accessories made by F3R Machine. Designs are in place for off-set 1913 rails, iron sights, and bubble levels.

MIL-SPEC 8625 Class III Type 2 hard-anodizing produces a smooth matte finish that is very abrasion resistant. Aluminum oxide formed during the hard-coat anodize process has an equivalent surface hardness of 37 Rockwell C.

30 mm versions in 1.25” height, cantilever and standard, are available, along with a 1” height version.

F3R Machine also offers 30 mm to 1-inch plastic reducer bushings, enabling you to use 1-inch scope tubes in our 30 mm mounts.
