INFO: The Eisbach (German for "ice brook"), sometimes known as the Eisbach - wave, is a short man-made river in Munich that runs for two kilometres (1.2 miles). It is a branch arm of the Isar River that flows through the Englischer Garten park. On one portion, a man-made wave has been created, which is popular among river surfers.
