A signature is a bit of text (such as your contact information or a favorite quote) that’s automatically inserted at the bottom of every message you send.

To set up a mail signature on your Android device: signature gmail
Open the Gmail app and sign in if you haven't.
Go to the menu and select 'Settings'.
If you have more tan one account signed in, select the account you want to create or edit a signature for.
Touch on 'Signature'
Then type in your signature in the text box provided.
