Amscope ships it as and 110V product but offers an upgrade for 220V which is about 20 USD.
If you take out the screws as you can see on the picture you can change it to 220V manually
by connecting the wires to the 220v tabs on the transformer. And save yoy some money.
Here you can see everything that is included.
It comes whit 10x magnification eyepieces and 20x magnification eyepieces ,
an dust cover and a pair of eye caps
Also an Manual and an tool to remove one of the eyepieces and an dust cover
Overall this is an good product for only 130 Dollar , It is ideal for inspecting pcb's ,
soldering small chips and reading smd component values.
