When teaching myself how to draw, art books and anthologies of remarkable artists works with their tips and tricks on how to improve were my greatest source of inspiration and education. Being able to flip through pages of drastically different art styles and see how they broke down their own process showed me what I really needed to push myself forward.
For the books that are more centered in the beauty of the works and getting to experience the art up close and personal in the comfort of home. Those are artists who I use and inspiration to push myself further as an artist.
The educational books are the books I've been using for years to push myself to learn art. Starting originally as a self taught artists these are some of the books I used to teach myself what I need to know. Or at least inform me of the techniques and terms I'd need in the future to continue progressing.
