I take supplements and vitamins which I believe help support my nervous system and my immune system and it is extremely important to me especially because I have MS and I have had a lowered immune system from the treatment that I had with Lemtrada. People with MS may also become deficient in a number of vitamins (such as vitamin A, B12 and D3) and it's important to get these back into our bodies either via foods or supplements. I found that even though I eat a balanced diet I may not always get my recommended dose of the vitamins and minerals that I need, so supplements are a quick and easy way to do this for me.
