After reinstalling the Fuel Service Module (FSM) on my 2012 Mercury 115 EFI I was having issues with the low pressure fuel pump priming and then timing out due to air in the fuel line. Pressed the Schrader Valve at the top of the engine and it seemed to allow the air to escape, allowing the pump to continue priming. I believe this is a similar set up to the 60-115 hp models.
