Starting off, we look at the diamond armor trade. This is really good villager trade as it allows you to get diamond armor even if you have never found diamonds in the first place. This is especially true when you consider that curing villagers can make their prices even cheaper.

However, some people consider the fletching trade to be really over powered as it is so easy to get.

There is one trade though that allows you to duplicate emeralds if done correctly, and it has to be the best villager trade for sure.

It starts off by trading with a librarian villager for 6 bookshelves. You can then break these bookshelves down and trade the books for emeralds netting you back more emeralds than you originally started with.

In turn, you now have infinite emeralds in Minecraft.
