Chicken Mandi| Yemeni Mandi recipe | Arabic rice recipe | Eid special

Ingredients:
Chicken -1000g (with skin is preferred)
Basmati rice-3 cups ( wash and soak for 30 minutes)
Oil-1/4 cup
Cloves-7-8
Cardamom-5-6
Cinnamon stick-1
Bay leaf- 1
Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds-1 teaspoon
Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
garlic-1 tablespoon
Dried lemon-2
chicken stock cube-1
green chillies-5-6
white pepper powder-1&1/2 teaspoon
salt-1&1/2 teaspoon ( to taste)
water-5 cups , for cooking the rice we need to add 4 cups ( so after cooking the stock is not 4 cups, you need to add more water to make it 4 cups)

For chicken marination:
Few strands of saffron soaked in 2 tablespoon of warm water
orange food color-2-3 drops
Olive oil-1 tablespoon
paprika/ Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon

For Daqoos ( tomato chutney):
Tomato-2 medium
green Chillies-2
garlic- 2 cloves
coriander leaves-fistful
lemon juice-1 teaspoon
salt-to taste
