Thinking about buying in New Jersey? Unsure where to start? This is a 3 family home that was my first ever purchase. I received it with a negative income, and put money, sweat, and even a few tears into it! Although the home has no driveway, I knew it was a good purchase simply because the units were a great sized two bedroom, and each unit has space for a nice laundry room. I also loved that the utilities were separate!
