You may be thinking: “here’s another 4 Charles video”, but you’d be (mostly) wrong. This famous Chicago steakhouse from the group behind Au Cheval and 4 Charles actually preceded and inspired 4 Charles. Most of our favorite dishes were on the menu (burger, ribeye, truffle mac, corn, and chocolate pie), the prices were a bit more approachable, and we were even able to get a reservation a week out (albeit at 10:15pm).
