Olive oil production
Nature takes care to generate a high quality olive oil in our region. Our responsibility and goal during the oil extraction is not to cause the slightest degradation of this quality. With this in mind we chose and invested in a modern centrifugal mill which guarantees better hygiene and has automation for continuous and effective control of temperature and time of the oil extraction. They allows us to guarantee that at no point of olive oil extraction the temperature does not exceed 27Co (cold pressed) and thus retains all its beneficial chemical properties.
Furthermore, we are constantly striving and working with producers who choose us for oil extraction wrist to ensure that the olives will be squashed the same day they deliver them to us, even if small quantities are transported in crates or burlap bags which both allow olives to "breathe".
Standardization of Olive Oil
For proper treatment of the oil, we have one of the most modern standardization units of oil with modern equipment and we keep the hygiene requirements on top level at each stage of the production process. The bottling is done in a sophisticated network of stainless instruments without involving any chemical or other treatment.
