Baklava adalah makanan penutup yang rasanya manis, crispy, serta bertaburkan kacang. Dessert ini sangat terkenal di Turki dan negara Mediterania lainnya dan sangat cocok disajikan sebagai menu takjil berbuka puasa.
Loyang (Casserole size): 21 X 21 X 6 cm
Bahan-bahan (Ingredients):
* 375 gr filo pastry (375 gr phyllo pastry)
* 130 gr mentega/margarin, cairkan (130 gr unsalted butter, melted)
* 150 gr kacang mede (150 gr cashew nuts)
* 100 gr kacang pistachio (100 gr pistachio)
Sirup gula (Sugar sauce):
* 120-140 gr gula pasir (120-140 gr caster sugar)
* 5 sdm madu (5 tbsp honey)
* 1 sdm air perasan lemon (1 tbsp lemon juice)
* 100 ml air (100 ml water)
Garnish:
* 10 gr kacang pistachio tumbuk (10 gr ground pistachio)
TIPS:
* filo pastry bisa dibeli di supermarket atau online (you can purchase phyllo pastry from supermarket or online marketplace)
* kacang bisa diganti sesuai selera, seperti kacang almond, walnut, kacang tanah, kenari (you can substitute cashews & pistachio with almond, walnut, peanut, hazelnut)
* pindahkan filo pastry dari kulkas atas ke kulkas bawah minimal selama 10 jam/semalaman, lalu keluarkan pastry dari kulkas bawah ke suhu ruangan minimal 30 menit sebelum digunakan.
(Transfer phyllo pastry from freezer to fridge at least 10 hours/overnight, then bring phyllo pastry from fridge to room temperature at least 30 minutes before using the pastry)
