:- ingredients.

Capsicum masala curry.
5" capsicum.
Cutting.
Keep it a side.

PAN on stove.
2" Tbls ' of ground nuts.
1" Tbls ' of coriander seeds.
2" Tbls ' dry chopped coconut.
2" inch cinnamon.
5" cloves.
3" cardmom.
Roast.
2" Tbls ' of white sesame.
4" bay leaf.
Roast well.
Stove off.
Cool completely.
Add the fried seeds in a mixture jar.
2" inch chopped ginger.
Peel skin 1 garlic.
Lemon size of soaking tamarind.
Season water.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

Bowl on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Add the 1 Tbls of cumin seeds.
2" chopped onions.
3" green chillies.
Curry leaves.
Roast.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
Mix well.
Roast.
Add the chopped capcicum.
2" chopped tomatoes.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the blended paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
Mix well.
1" glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 6-8" minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Capsicum masala curry is a ready.
