In this webinar, experts from IRENA – The International Renewable Energy Agency presented the launch of the online platform of the IRENA Project Navigator in 2015. At the end of the webinar, IRENA answers questions from the live webinar participants. They identified that many promising renewable energy project ideas are not implemented due to a lack of knowledge or expertise on how to move them forward and provided insights about how successful projects are characterised: robust technology data, strong project proposals, and the inclusion of financing instruments and information for investment analysis.

IRENA Project Navigator is an online platform providing comprehensive & easily accessible practical information, tools & guidance to assist in the development of bankable renewable energy projects.
