For the last ten years, Oldemar and his family have been preparing coffee; from the plant all the way to the cup. Their small-scale organic farm is located in San Luis de Monteverde, in the shadows of the famous rainforest reserve. Their finca is located near by the University of Georgia's Costa Rica Campus. I made this video to help him, his family, and all those involved in the process gain some exposure and to help frame the context of my dissertation research.
