Ingredients:
Slice 1 Tomato
Chop 1 Garlic
Medium heat
Sauté garlic in olive oil 30 seconds
Tomatoes add to the garlic and cook 3-4 minutes on each side
Beat 4 eggs
Season with salt and pepper
Add chopped parsley
Add Canned tuna 160g (6oz)
Back to tomatoes – Season with Salt, pepper and oregano
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Cook on low heat until done (8-10 minutes)
Sprinkle with cheese
Cook until melted
