Equipment:
- #Collins glass
- Crushed ice
- #Jigger ([ Ссылка ])
- #Barspoon ([ Ссылка ])
- Muddler
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves
- 4 Lime wedges
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz White rum
- Top with soda water
- Mint sprig & lime wedge
Steps:
1. Slap10 mint leaves and place into Collins glass (to release the aromatics & oils)
2. 4 lime wedges into a Collins glass
3. Add 0.75 oz simple syrup
4. Muddle ingredients gently to #mascerate & release #aromatics
5. Add crushed ice
6. Pour in white rum
7. Stir with bar spoon to incorporate ingredients
8. Top with soda and more crushed ice
9. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge
