EESHAAN is an award winning rock band singing in Bangla. The band has major chart toppers like 'GIRGITI', GHUM', 'SUNDARI', 'BANGLADESH', 'SHISHURA PRITHIBI CHAYE', 'SHYAMAPRASAD', 'BONDHU PHIRE ESHO', 'BISHAKTO CHUMBON.'
Music videos for ‘BANGLADESH’, ‘SHYAMAPRASAD’, ‘KE JAAY’, ‘BONDHU PHIRE ESHO’, SHISHURA PRITHIBI CHAYE’ and ‘BISHAKTO CHUMBON’ have enjoyed massive television play. Music videos and videos of live shows are hit regularly on Youtube.
The first album 'SANKRAMAN' was released by Asha Audio in 2006.
Earlier, EESHAAN was voted in audience polls and judged by eminent musicians 'best band' twice.
EESHAAN bagged the 'Best Band’ award at the first ever band hunt in West Bengal- 'Plug-n-Play’ concert in 2001, out of 50 odd bands from all over Bengal.
EESHAAN got the ‘Best Band’ award at "BAND-e-MATARAM" 2005, organised by Sangeet Bangla, Sambad Pratidin, Asha Audio and 106.2 Amar FM, and was awarded a record contract with Asha Audio.
EESHAAN's 2nd album 'GIRGITI' was released by Asha Audio in mid 2011. Songs like 'GIRGITI', 'GHUM', 'SUNDARI', and 'HOTOBAAK' have reached the masses through massive radiotime and the internet. The band is currently promoting the album through live concerts.
