🥯 Montreal Bagels 🥯
INGREDIENTS
440g Bread Flour
40g White Sugar
6g Instant Dried Yeast
300ml Water (Tepid)
1/4 Cup Honey (for boiling water)
Sesame Seeds (for coating)
OVEN
Pizza Oven: Cook for 2 minutes then flip and continuously rotate until completely brown
Normal Oven: 210°C/410°F for 20 minutes.
