-Japanese leek : 1/8
-Rice : 200g / 7.05 oz
-Soy sauce : 1 Tbsp
-Sweet cooking sake : 1 Tbsp
-Cooking sake : 1 Tbsp
-Sugar : 1 Tbsp
-Water : 50 ml
●How to cook (Recipe)
1. Cut Japanese leek into small pieces
2. Cut pork belly into thick slices
3. Heat water, sugar, soy sauce, cooking sake, sweet cooking sake, sugar
4. Brown the surface of pork berry
5. Pour the sauce to the pan
6. Coat both sides of the meat with the sauce
7. Put pork an Japanese leek on the rice
