Keys must be left in the battery to activate the electronics and that leaves them open to snagging and jingling, heavier weight due to high capacity battery, powerful 500 watt motor, fenders, rack etc. both lights use disposable AA batteries vs. being wired in, no bottle cage bosses, higher price due to upgraded components like 8-speed 11-32 Shimano Acera drivetrain.
