Inside the I-494/I-694 loop, as much as 20" of snow fell from this 3 day storm. The April 2018 winter storm/blizzard is the 12th largest snow storm to hit Minnesota and the first blizzard warning for Minneapolis/St. Paul since the 1991 Halloween Blizzard. This is the most snow that has fallen in the month of April ever in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Second half of the video was made two weeks after the storm on 4/28/2018. That's Minnesota for you!!
