Incursions by Israeli forces are becoming more frequent and highly unpredictable, lasting hours and even days. During recent incursions in Jenin and Tulkarem, our teams witnessed a pattern of continued and systematic attacks on health care workers and blockages of ambulances. Despite repeated attacks and fearing for their own lives, medical and paramedical staff continue to work and tend to the wounded.
